Agreement and Eligibility

These Terms apply to https://minimuplifestyle.com and related services operated by MinimUp Lifestyle. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order. You must be at least the age of majority in your state or jurisdiction, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian where permitted, to use the store and make a purchase.

Accurate Information and Account Security

·     Provide accurate, complete, and current account, billing, payment, and shipping information.

·     Keep account credentials confidential and notify us of suspected unauthorized use.

·     Do not use another person’s payment method, identity, address, or account without authorization.

Products, Images, and Availability

We sell the physical products displayed on the website, subject to availability. We make reasonable efforts to show product names, images, prices, variants, dimensions, materials, colors, included components, and availability accurately. Product appearance may vary slightly because of screens, lighting, photography, natural materials, or manufacturing differences. Styling props are not included unless stated.

We may correct errors, update descriptions, limit quantities, discontinue products, or change availability. If a material error affects an order, we may contact the customer, offer a correction or alternative, or cancel and refund the affected item.

Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to buy the selected products. We may accept, decline, limit, verify, or cancel an order when payment fails, inventory is unavailable, pricing or listing information is incorrect, fraud concerns arise, shipping information is incomplete, or fulfillment is not reasonably possible.

An automated confirmation means that the order was received. Final acceptance may remain subject to successful payment, verification, and inventory availability.

Prices, Taxes, and Payment

·     Prices are shown in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless another currency is clearly displayed.

·     Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown before the order is submitted.

·     Payment must be successfully authorized before fulfillment.

·     Promotions may have separate terms, eligibility conditions, dates, or quantity limits.

·     We may correct an obvious pricing or technical error before shipment and provide the customer with appropriate options.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping charges, processing time, transit estimates, tracking, address requirements, delayed shipments, packaging standards, and missing-package procedures are explained in the Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, damaged or incorrect products, missing orders, and cancellations are governed by the Return and Refund Policy. Cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours after purchase through support@minimuplifestyle.com or +1 505 483 0863, and we will confirm whether a timely request is accepted within 48 hours after receiving it.

Customer Reviews and Submitted Content

If you submit a review, photograph, feedback, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is not unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or harmful. You grant MinimUp Lifestyle a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit for formatting, display, and distribute the content for store operations, customer service, and marketing, subject to applicable law. We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms.

Intellectual Property

Website text, graphics, logos, designs, page layouts, product photographs, icons, and other content are owned by or licensed to MinimUp Lifestyle and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website for personal shopping purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, scrape, sell, or commercially exploit store content without written permission, except as allowed by law.

Prohibited Uses

·     Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or harmful purposes.

·     Interfere with website security, checkout, payment processing, or network operations.

·     Upload malware, harmful code, spam, or unauthorized automated tools.

·     Scrape, copy, or extract content or customer data without permission.

·     Impersonate the store, another customer, or any other person.

·     Violate another person’s privacy, intellectual-property, or other legal rights.

·     Submit false order, payment, account, review, return, or refund information.

Third-Party Services and Links

The website may use or link to Shopify, payment providers, carriers, fulfillment services, apps, social platforms, and other third parties. Their products, services, content, and policies are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control, except to the extent required by law.

Shopify Platform

The online store is powered by Shopify. Products are sold by MinimUp Lifestyle, not by Shopify. Shopify supplies platform, hosting, checkout, security, and related technology services.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the website and services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that every website feature will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. These disclaimers do not limit warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, MinimUp Lifestyle will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or services. Any limitation is subject to mandatory consumer-protection laws and does not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold MinimUp Lifestyle and its service providers harmless from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, or violation of another person’s rights.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection law requires another result.

Severability and No Waiver

If part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent allowed by law. Failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms for legal, operational, or service changes. The revised version will be posted with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
